The new 2012 Terrain is set to include a great new navigation system,
complete with a range of amazing functions. Most navigation systems
only provide the driver with their necessary directions,garmin 110, but the Terrain
nav system will include the standard maps and directions as well as
music, hands-free talking, and three months of SiriusXM radio抯
NavTraffic and local forecast,car tracking device. The new navigation system sells for a
reasonable price, one that抯 less expensive than many of its
competitors.
The navigation part of the navigation system will
include a secure digital card-based map database which will be
updateable. It will also include several different ways of viewing the
maps and several different ways to input your destination. The radio
system will also include multiple functions. It will be equipped with
AM/FM radio, CD capability, Sirius Satellite Radio, USB ports for iPod
and other MP3 player inputs, and hands-free phone control with OnStar
voice commands. The LCD display will even project the album art for a
current song from an iPod if one is connected.
The Color Touch
Navigation System has a high-tech look to it with a sleek design, yet
still provides the practical functionality that makes this type of
system so great. The design will appeal to users who are used to
smartphones and tablet PCs, since the nav system will include a seven
inch color touch screen with the familiar app icons.
There is also
an interesting photo function provided in the navigation system. This
function can only be accessed however when the car is in park,gps speedometer. There
will be an SD card reader included in the nav system that will allow
passengers to view pictures on the display from their camera or
smartphone by accessing the photo function.
